How to sign up:

1. Click on one of the buttons below to view the application form for members or volunteers.

2. After opening the PDF file, download the application form to your desktop.

3. Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.

4. Type in all of your information into the PDF. Save the file.

5. Once the PDF is all filled out, print the form and sign where applicable.

6. Return the form in person to the Den - S.Y.C. or Greenwood Neighbourhood Place, or scan the form and email it to to info@mygnp.org.
